Drawings are held Tuesday and Friday (new game starts 24th June 2005 as below).

To play, choose 5 numbers from a set of 56 and choose a Mega Ball number from a set of 46. Repeat to make more selections. Note that for California, all payouts except for the jackpot are pari-mutuel (that is, prize amounts will vary depending on sales levels and number of winners).
