All upgrades are free. If you have purchased the lottery software it will remain registered following the upgrade.
The Lottery Software upgrades list contains a direct link to the appropriate latest version of the lottery software. If you are unsure which version you currently have, run the lottery software and select Help > About - the version number will be displayed. If you are unfamiliar with version numbers then examples are:
These files contain the same files as the full installation kits but do not contain any results files or VB files. To upgrade your current version, download and run the upgrade installation kit, DO NOT uninstall your existing version.
If you have installed any of the full installation kits and would like to install another program on the same machine (e.g. UltraLott Powerball and Mega Millions or another state game), you can just use the upgrade kits listed here. The main advantage is that the kits are about 2 MB less in file size which saves on your download time. You cannot just use one of the upgrade installation kits without having installed a full kit of any other game - this will cause errors when the program runs.
To download an upgrade or to install another program, just click on the appropriate link and save the file (to the desktop is fine or any other location you chose). Once the file has downloaded, double-click it to start the installation process.

Note: version 1.10.0 and above contains both Powerball and Mega Millions games. If your program has not yet been configured for the new multistate game, you can simply add it yourself to your existing version by using a spare game slot. See here for Powerball configuration and Mega Millions configuration Versions 1.13.0 and above are compatible with all current versions of windows (95 through windows 8) 32 and 64 bit. Versions below 1.13.0 will not run on windows 8
