Problem Solution
When I print the output goes to an incorrect printer or some other error occurs. You should use the File > Select Printer option to select a printer for your lottery program to use. You only need do this once as the program remembers your selection. You can also change the printer at anytime using this option.
I've used the update to get a new game ( for example, Powerball / Mega Millions) but it does not show up on my main screen. I am using windows 7 or Vista See Vista / Windows 7 usage
When attempting to download the results, I get a message saying download failed or was cancelled. 1. Make sure you are running the most recent version of the lottery software (older versions may no longer get results updated)

2. Make sure that you are connected to the internet.

3. Make sure your firewall is not preventing access. This is the most common reason for failure. You must grant the program access to the internet. Refer to your firewall help pages. If you do not want to grant the program access to the internet, you can download them from the pages for the particular lottery (use the links from the Main Page)  or you can view then from here instead.

4. No website is available 100% of the time, if the causes are not 1, 2 or 3 as above it may be that the site is undergoing an update. However, if you can access this page then you can access the results.

5. This may also happen when a game changes and there are no posted results for the new game. Results will usually be available one day after the new game draw.

Not Received my Code via Email

  2. Please ensure your email box is not full - if it is all emails will get rejected.

I click on pay registration but it fails to connect me to the payment screen. This may occur in Internet Explorer if your cached web pages have become corrupt. A symptom of this is if you view a web page and then use View > Source nothing happens. To fix this and the payment problem, just select Tools > Internet Options and select Delete Temporary Internet Files.

Also check that your machine has not been hit by spy ware or other such problems. Always use a good up to date virus checker, and the following (free) products are highly recommended if you do not want to pay for security and you are a home user:

  1. Microsoft AntiSpyware
  2. AVG antivirus software
When I use the download lottery results it says that the file is corrupt. This may be due to a highjack program on your PC that is intercepting the lottery software request to get the files from this site and redirecting the request to another site - when the lotto program gets that redirected request data, it detects that the files do not contain results and reports them as being corrupt. To fix a problem like this, you should download, update and run all 3 programs listed above removing any offending programs from your PC as recommended by those programs. Note also that redirect requests like this could in fact download anything from that offending site(s)!

Also make absolutely sure that you have all the latest patches and security updates from Microsoft.

The Print button is disabled. The print button will be disabled if the program cannot detect a printer driver. Install a printer and the button will become enabled.
I get an error when printing my playslips or just a dot is printed instead of a line. If you find that when you print your playslips an error message is displayed or a dot is printed rather than a line, try the following fix: First select the lotto game, then Select File > Ticket Printing > Calibrate. When the calibration screen is displayed, select Line > Line Length and then select the line length (even if already shown as selected). Then save and exit. Try the printing process again from the main program.
When I try to download an installation package I get a message saying that I do not have permission. All the lottery software is targeted at specific countries/areas. If software is not provided for your country/area you will generally not be able to download. Please email us if you think a particular program will serve your country needs.
Does the purchased version contain any more functions. No. The free trial is fully functional. At present no charge is made for any upgrade that contains new functionality.

I have received an email or letter telling me I have won a lottery or I have received unsolicited email from you. I have won the lottery!!

UltraLott Scam: There is no such thing, because of the popularity of this site, scammers target the site by "spoofing" the email address pretending those emails have been sent by us. If you examine the email headers you will see that this is not the case. As such, we get several emails a week asking for advice about emails received advising of lottery wins. Our reply is always: If you didn't enter the lottery, you have not won it - all such lottery emails or letters are a scam in an attempt to get money from you. You should ignore them.

Scammers add this website address or product name to their emails to make them look more authentic. We never send emails or letters saying you have won a lottery!! We do not pay any lottery wins to anyone - this site is dedicated to help you win the lottery making your entries through official sites and terminals using our software as an aid.

This company NEVER sends unsolicited emails or letters.
